I cannot wait for the day this happens, if ever. Hate to sound jaded, but I find myself growing more fatigued, daily, by society’s privileged majority — the white, cishet people (of which I’m a member), and typically the “Christian” identifying folks — somehow seeing themselves as a besieged, oppressed minority.

There seems to be no shortage of them offering variations of, “So much for liberals being tolerant!” when they learn we don’t actually care to sit down and hear the reasons why they believe trump is the second coming of Christ.

Yes, I’m a liberal. But please don’t assume that means I’m supposed to be “tolerant.”
